02 DESIGN PHASE
Formulating the Blueprint
In this phase, we work collaboratively with our partner architects (or your chosen professional if you have plans already) to develop detailed designs and additional requisite plans (construction, elevation, mechanical, etc.) for your project. This includes creating schematics, specifications, and a construction schedule. You review and approve these, ensuring they match your expectations and needs.
03 PERMITTING
Securing Approvals
With our broad experience and trusted partner architects and expediters, we navigate the complex permitting process. We prepare comprehensive permit documents following local requirements to obtain necessary permissions, keeping you informed throughout this process.
04 PROJECT DEVELOPMENT & DESIGN PRICING
Balancing Aesthetics, Function & Costs
Our construction team works closely with our partner designers (or your chosen professional) to bring initial design concepts to life. We draw from experience to collectively select the most appropriate fixtures, develop color palettes, and review finish materials to align with the project’s vision, budget, and timeline.
05 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
Transitioning from Design to Build
Final Construction Documents at AGC are produced to incorporate updated plans, permitting information, design details, and project developments. We compare this information with the original budget and timeline to provide a comprehensive view of the desired outcome versus what is feasible, ensuring accuracy and precision in every detail.
